General InformationBlue Mountain B&B is nestled on the mountainside among majestic Ponderosa Pines and meditative water gardens, creating a uniquely tranquil experience just minutes away from Missoula's business, sporting and cultural centers. The Inn and gardens offer a breathtaking, birds-eye view of the Bitterroot River, surrounding mountains and valley below, including part of the historic Lewis and Clark Trail.
Elegant breakfasts and private rooms offer guests luxury and comfort, complementing the rustic, wooded surroundings of Blue Mountain. Rooms have private baths with jetted tubs, king or queen bed, picturesque views and many amenities that make one's stay both memorable and relaxing.
With just four private rooms and twenty acres of wildlife habitat immediately adjacent to National Forest, Blue Mountain B&B gives each guest a special sense of privacy, while creating a home for many native birds, chipmunks and other animals. It is truly the perfect mountain retreat- offering comfort, convenience, beauty and a sense of warm, casual elegance to the vacationer and business traveler alike.

- Check in time is 1-4pm-7-9pm and Check out time is 11 am
- Cancellations:
Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival will have the deposit refunded less a $25 administrative fee. We regret that cancellations or changes within 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book. We will refund all room charges for re-booked nights minus the $25 administrative fee. Holidays and special events require full payment 30 days prior to arrival. A cancellation notice of at least 30 days is required for a refund, less the $25.00 administrative fee. - Accepted by the following agencies:

If you are coming to Missoula on I-90, take exit 101 onto Reserve Street. Continue on Reserve 5.5 miles to the Brooks Street intersection and turn right onto highway 93, heading South. Take highway 93 until you see mile marker 88, then start looking for the tipi poles and the Bed and Breakfast sign to the right. Enter the pull out lane which turns onto Cochise Drive and then follow the signs. Go under the arch and continue up the road about .4 of a mile. Welcome to Blue Mountain Bed and Breakfast!
If you are heading North on Hwy-93 (going towards Missoula), we are about 3 miles north of Lolo- just after mile marker 87 on Hwy 93. So that you can safely enter the left hand turn lane at Cochise Drive and cross the highway, you need to be on the lookout for mile marker 86. The pull out lane comes immediately after the center barrier ends (at the large blind corner on the highway.) You should see our tipi poles and Bed and Breakfast sign as you enter the turn out lane. After turning onto Cochise Drive, simply follow the signs. Go under the arch and continue up the road about .4 of a mile.
