The Rose Anna Wicker Room
The Wicker room is located upstairs near the Veranda and features a Queen size bed, a bright and sunny bay window sitting area, and a large private bath with Victorian tub and shower, just perfect for a long, soothing bubble bath. The room is bright and full of romance with white wicker accents to create an old world country ambiance. This is one of our most popular rooms especially for Honeymooners, Anniversaries, Pampered Brides and other romantic interludes.

Royal Anniversary Suite
The Royal Anniversary Suite is spacious, elegant and the largest bedroom at the Bed and Breakfast. The room features a French Inspired king sized bed with ornate inlaid carvings. There's also a cafe' table where our guests may enjoy coffee, tea, wine (or beer) and afternoon delights as well as an optional private breakfast. Decor in the room includes an 1800s blanket chest with a Royal Napolean Bee covering and a walnut carved Victorian Sitay perfect for relaxing on after a day of shopping. This is the ultimate room at the Higgins House.

Owen Edward Cedar Room
If you like the look of Cedar and the ambiance of being in a country cabin then this is your room. The ceiling is all cedar and the private bath is completely lined with cedar and finished off with a newly restored Victorian Claw Foot Tub. Accents include true Historical U.S. Territory Snow Shoes, Early American Furniture and an awesome total comfort Brass Queen Sized Bed. The Owen Edward Cedar Room is also one of the most private rooms at the Inn since it's located upstairs and at the back of the house. It has a great overlook view of the Garden and tons of oak trees with shade.
