General Information

The Alfred Morris Gifford House has been lovingly renovated to anticipate the every need of travelers to the Finger Lakes area. This elegant empire victorian is located in the heart of the Historic District, the Inn is a short walk to shops, restaurants, historical sites, as well as breathtaking Canandaigua Lake. The Inn is tastefully decorated in period furnishings. Enjoy daily fresh-baked goodies, complimentary beverages in our guest refrigerator. All our rooms have private bath/shower, TV/DVD/VCR with free movies. Some rooms have jacuzzi and fireplace. Enjoy a full, bountiful breakfast each morning in our Penfeild dining room. The Inn is air conditioned and has remote internet access.

  • Cancellations:
    Rates are per night and based on double occupancy. Method of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ATM cards, or cash. A credit card number is required to hold reservations. Debit cards are charged at time of reservation, rather than time of check in, as credit cards are. Cancellation Policy A $25 cancellation fee per room is charged for all cancellations. Should you reschedule your stay within one year from cancellation date, the $25 charge may be applied towards that future stay. We have a 2 week cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your stay within 2 wks. of your stay, and we are unable to re-book your room, you will be charged the full amount. We welcome you as our guests and hope you understand the reason for these policies, as we frequently may have to turn interested guests away when rooms are reserved.
