The Main House has 5,000 sq. feet of elegance & charm with 5 extra large guest rooms plus an additional 1,500 sq. and 3guest rooms in the charming Carriage House. The North Chamber is handicap accessible.
Located only 5 blocks from the Historic Downtown Bathhouse Row where you will also find shopping, restaurants and galleries & only one mile to Oaklawn Race Track. Hot Springs is surrounded by the breathtaking mountains & three beautiful lakes.

- Cancellations:
Rooms guaranteed with credit card or prepay only. A $50.00 deposit (non-refundable) will be charged at time of booking, this fee will be taken off your balance at check-in. Notification of cancellation must be made 10 days in advance of arrival date. If proper cancellation notice is not given, the full amount of the room will be charged if the room is not re-rented. NOTE: Rescheduling your visit is the same as a cancellation. Policy also applies to Gift Certificates. - Accepted by the following agencies:
