You know you'd like to stay more than one or two nights, but it may be hard to come up with the funds all at once. You may also wish you had thought to set funds aside so you could buy those special to you gift reservations or customized gift certificates as gifts for holidays, anniversaries, birthdays or just to let them know how special they are to you.

Join the Hideaway Savings Club and save a minimum of 10% off every reservation, even during holidays and special-event dates when the military discount is usually the only discount available.

How does it work?

Visit our website at www.montrosehideaway.com/HideawaySavingsClub.html for program details and to view and print the Hideaway Savings Club contract form. All you need to do to join is to print out the form, fill in all the requested information, sign it, then mail or fax it to us.

If you join when making your reservation, you can start to save with that reservation, with it counting as the first of the six minimum installments. If you decide during your stay that you want to join, 10% will be put on account toward your first month's installment.

Weeknight Discounts

Come stay with us at least three weeknights (Sunday through Thursday) and we'll give you the third weeknight 25% off! Stay five weeknights and get one weeknight 50% off! These discounts are automatically applied without having to mention the offer when making the reservation. This is our way of thanking those folks who stay for extended stays. (Not available during holidays or special-event dates.)
 
Military Rate (active Duty)

If you are active duty military or reserves, receive a 10% discount as our way of saying "thank you" for your service to our country. Military ID must be presented on arrival to verify active-duty status. This offer must be mentioned when making the reservation to receive the discount. This offer is available even during holidays and special-event dates when all other discount offers are excluded.
 
Pastors, Missionaries & Church Workers Discount

As members of the Christian Hospitality Network, we offer a 25% discount for pastors, missionaries and church ministry staff for weekday reservations (Sunday through Thursday). We consider our work as innkeepers to be a ministry of hospitality, so we want to support others in ministry who are usually so busy taking care of everyone else that they don't take time to take care of themselves. And, as Mary is a past church worker, she understands that if those in full- or part-time ministry don't find time for personal renewal, they burn out and have nothing left to give. Our inn has six bedrooms, so consider us for an intimate staff retreat, as well as for vacations. (Special-event and holiday dates are excluded from this offer. But we'll give 10 off for weekends if there is still availability at least three days from desired check-in date.)

Afternoon and Evening Socials

Are you looking for a special place to host an intimate afternoon tea, shower, surprise birthday party or social club meeting?

We have two living rooms, a dining room and a huge deck on the first floor of our expansive inn where you can hold your event, with some time restrictions.

Because these are also the common spaces available for room guests, we are limited in how we can schedule small parties that don't involve inn guests. Therefore, on Fridays or Saturdays when we are more likely to have rooms occupied, we can only schedule such events between noon and 4 p.m., as room guests are usually out and about during the afternoons, and this will not interfer with checking in new guests at 4.

Weekdays are usually more flexible since most of our business comes on the weekends or during special-event dates. Therefore, we are willing to schedule for an ending time as late as 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.

Our base site fee is $300 (up to three hours; maximum 50 people) and $100 for each additional hour. Time is calculated from starting setup to finishing cleanup, so the simpler you keep it the better.

Any food that must be kept hot or cold must be provided by a licensed and insured caterer, with whom we will coordinate. We will provide coffee, hot water for brewing tea or hot cocoa, and cold water. Any other drinks must be provided by you.

We allow alcohol to be served. However, because our insurance covers your event for alcohol liability, we reserve the right to stop service if any guests seem to be getting over served or if alcohol is found in the possession of a minor. Therefore, you may want to consider hiring a professional bartender to oversee service.

However, for every gift certificate you purchase with a value of $150 or greater to different recipients, we will give you a gift certificate for 5% off a future stay within six months of it being issued, with the ability to combine the certificates for up to 20% off any one visit! Business Traveler's Discount

Travel during the week on business and let us pick the room to save 8% off full rate. If you pick the room, save 5%. (Not available during holidays or special-event dates.)

With business travelers in mind, each guest room has a desk with adjacent ADSL connection. WiFi is available on the first-floor and in some guest rooms. We are willing to send and receive faxes at no charge. Phones available in self-service and living rooms.

We know that business travelers need a lot more flexibility, so we give you a discount for being flexible with us. Save the most by letting us pick the room for you(8%). Want a specific room? We'll give you 5% off or will automatically apply our frequency discounts of 25% off the third weeknight or 50% off the fifth, giving you the best rate available!

Advanced reservations and arrangements are required if needing to arrive after 9 p.m. in order to avoid extra fees by arranging an express check-in. If experiencing flight or other significant delays, the guest must call so appropriate arrangements can be made to avoid the late-arrival fee of $25 an hour.

Last-minute requests accepted only if calling ahead and arriving by 9 p.m.

Our usual cancellation period is one week. However, for our business travelers we shorted it to three days. After that, the usual cancellation policies are in force.

Full breakfast service is available at 8 or 9 a.m. and must be scheduled. Guests needing breakfast before 8 a.m. can ask for a continental breakfast.

ARE YOU A PER-DIEM TRAVELER? We think you deserve an upgrade!

We understand that some guests are traveling with a set daily budget, commonly called a per-diem. However, the per-diems are usually less than our discounted rates. If you’re willing to pay the difference between your per-diem and our business rate, we’ll provide paperwork to guarantee you get your maximum refund while processing the difference on your personal credit card.

There are two large living areas on the first floor where guests can gather to visit, play a board game or cards, or work a puzzle. A baby grand piano is provided for guests who play or for use during special occasions, such as weddings or receptions. Also, wireless Internet access is available in the first-floor common areas and on the deck for guests with laptop computers that have wireless capability.The Grand Master is the largest and most luxurious room. It includes a king-size bed, full-sized sofa, oversized leather recliner, desk with Internet access, armoire with TV/VCR/DVD/CD, clock/radio/CD and large private balcony. The luxury bathroom has his-and-hers sink areas (each with a hairdryer), and a bathing room with a large walk-in shower and a deep soaking tub surrounded by mirrored walls accented with 48 candles. A large walk-in closet has the iron/ironing board, luxury robes and slippers.
