  • Smoking is not allowed (Our home is smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted outside,)
  • We cannot accommodate guest pets
  • Limitations on children staying (We welcome well behaved children 8 and up.)
  • No childcare is provided
  • Deposit amount required (For all reservations, we require 50% deposit with balance due on your arrival.)
  • Check in time is 3:00 PM-5:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
  • Cancellations:
    Our refund pollicy is: Refunds (less $45.00 fee) are available up to 14 days before your arrival date except for high season/specials/discounts then cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. If cancellation is made after 14 days (60 days during high season/specials/discounts), the entire cost of your stay is due unless we are able TO REBOOK YOUR ROOM FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. We cannot provide refunds for early departures. (high season Oct 1 - April 30) NO SHOWS/NO CALL Reservations – the guest is responsible for the entire stay. Specials may be terminated at any time and are subject to availability. Specials and discounted rates will be honored only if requested at the time of making reservations. All Special packages are non-refundable.
