This freshly restored 1891 Victorian home boasts ten foot ceilings, original wood trim & floors, bay windows, carriage house and vintage radiators. Your breakfast is prepared by owner Kevin Kilpatrick, a certified and award winning Chef with a flare for creating exciting food pairings and mouth watering flavors using the finest local ingredients. Favorite breakfast dishes include Bananas & Baileys Crepe, Shrimp Thermidore, Breakfast Ravioli, Irish Full on Fry, Peach & Brandy Stuffed French Toast and Steak & Eggs! You will be amazed at what breakfast can be. Our guest rooms have been decorated to suit both a woman and a mans taste with neutral warm colours, modern technology, antique charm, quality and comfort with no fake flowers. The beds are reported by guests to be the most comfortable and luxurious, layered in fine linens, down duvets and lots of fluffy pillows. Each room offers a fireplace with seating area, LCD TV and DVD, movies, wireless internet, air, local information, hair dryer, chandelier on dimmer, CD alarm clock, romantic music, fresh seasonal flowers, bottled water and ironing supplies. The spa inspired ensuite bathrooms have antique sinks, endless hot water, bathrobes, slippers, luxurious towels & fresh mint bath products. Coming from the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) take highway #420 to the first stoplight at Stanley Avenue. Turn left onto Stanley and proceed to the third stop light(you will see a large graveyard on the left and Bridge Street to the right. Turn right onto Bridge and proceed (6 blocks)until you see Second Ave, turn right. At the first corner & stop sign look right, that's our place. Park out front to be welcomed and unload. Additional parking in side driveway. - Nearest major airport: BUF 20 miles

Make your way to the Peace Bridge, about 5 miles from the airport. After crossing the bridge into Canada proceed north on the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW). Take highway #420 into Niagara Falls and at the first stoplight turn left onto Stanley Avenue. Continue on Stanley and at the third stoplight (there will be a graveyard on the left) turn right onto Bridge Street. Continue on Bridge about 1 mile, turn right onto Second Avenue and one block up at the first stop sign just look to your right for you are in front of the Manor. Nance & Kevin are in their thirties and enjoy travel, food, wine, sports, and conversations with people from all walks of life. They began their B&B experience on a working honeymoon in the French Alps hosting a ski chalet for six months. Kevin has been a Chef for about fifteen years, won several culinary awards and is originally from Burlington. Nance has traveled extensively, schooled and worked in the hospitality industry and originates from Simcoe. Both love the B&B experience! - The innkeepers speak: English
