BLINTZ SOUFFLE-cheese blintzes;6 eggs slightly beaten;1 pint sour cream;1 tsp. vanilla;¼ cup Orange Juice;¾ cup sugar. Grease 13x9 pan; Place blintzes in pan. Blend all ingredients until frothy. Pour over blintzes and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
