Located on Hartfield Road, just one mile from the center of Round Top toward Warrenton, the Retreat sits on nine acres with beautiful gardens and a vista out to some of Texas’ most tranquil landscapes. The original log cabins, including the oldest 2 storey log house in Fayette County, evoke the feeling of the early frontier days yet the opulent and elegant furnishings are reminiscent of the finest European hotels. Tillworth is truly a retreat – a refuge from the mundane, an interlude of peace, privacy and serenity, a sanctuary to relax the body, restore the energy and reawaken the soul
