Enjoy our swimming pool (in season), courtyard patio garden/gas firepit, & we are located just 1/4 mile up the hill from the famous, sand-duned Nauset Beach, the southern most beach on the Cape Cod National Seashore.

We are located close to the best of what Cape Cod has to offer including swimming, fishing-surf casting & deep sea charters, boating including kayaking & canoeing, whale & sea watch cruises, guided beachwalks & bird hikes, movie, music & performing arts theatre, golfing, tennis, art galleries, museums & historical interests & gourmet/fine dining.

Includes full kitchen, combination living/dining room with fireplace & queen bed sleeper sofa, 2nd floor deck, use of swimming pool, private parking & continental breakfast served daily.

  • Cancellations:
    Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. There is a $20 processing charge per room for all refunds regardless of reason or amount of notice. An early departure or last minute (less than 15 days) cancellation is subject to the full room charges of the original reservation. If we are able to re-book your room due to last minute cancellation or early departures, your monies will be refunded, less a $20 processing fee.
