Enjoy our swimming pool & tennis court (in season) & we are located just 1/4 mile up the hill from the famous, sand-duned Nauset Beach, the southern most beach on the Cape Cod National Seashore.

• Deposit amount required (Reservations for 1 night are prepaid in full. Reservations for over 3 nights require a 50% deposit.)

• Cancellations:
  Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. There is a $15 processing charge per room for all refunds regardless of reason or amount of notice. No refunds for nights not stayed.
