General InformationYour home away from home combines old-world charm and modern convenience and comfort. Your private cottage is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet centrally located midway between Palmer and Wasilla in the Matanuska Valley, only about one hour from Anchorage International Airport. Each cottage is tastefully appointed and has a full kitchen, wood and slate floors, in-floor heating, fireplace, jetted tub, king-size or twin long beds with down duvets, coin-operated washer and dryer, cable TV. Hostess speaks fluent German.

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (As long as guests do not disrupt other guests.)
- Deposit amount required (A deposit of one night's stay will secure reservation.)
- Check in time is 4pm and Check out time is 11am
- Cancellations:
Cancellation 7 days or more before arrival date - deposit will be refunded. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date - forfeit deposit. Discounts available:

From Palmer: Palmer-Wasilla Highway through lights at Trunk Road. Approx. half mile further, turn right on to Schelin Spur, and immediately right on to Green Forest Drive. Drive north approx. half mile, turn right at 4-way stop on to Frances Lane, and immediately right into Cotswold Circle. All 6 cottages are straight ahead through the gate. - Nearest major airport: ANC 45 miles
- Directions from airport:
International Airport Road to Old Seward Highway. Turn left on to Old Seward Highway, proceed to Tudor and turn right. Follow Tudor out of town and head towards Palmer/Wasilla on Glen Highway. Continue over overpass after you see the Palmer turn-off, and take the first exit off Alaska Highway # 3(Parks Highway) at Trunk Road. On the right you will see the large new building of the Mat-Su Regional Medical Centre. Drive up the ramp, and turn right on to Trunk Road. Watch for curves as you drive approx. 3.5 miles up Trunk Road to the Palmer-Wasilla Highway. Turn left at the lights and after approx. half mile turn right on to Schelin Spur. Turn immediately right on to Green Forest Drive and drive north approx. half mile, turn right at the 4-way stop on to Frances Lane, and immediately right into Cotswold Circle. All 6 cottages are straight ahead through the gate.
