General InformationMake the Tea Kettle Inn a home base for day trips to Gettysburg, Hershey, Philadelphia, Baltimore,and DC. But don't forget to explore beautiful Lancaster County first, we are minutes from many activities! Enjoy a full delicious breakfast each morning in our formal dining room, then go exploring. When you return, relax on our large wrap-around porch or sit by a cozy fire in our parlor. Tea Kettle Inn is open year round and offers four guest rooms all beautifully furnished, each with private baths, airconditioning, 76 channel CATV, wireless internet access, and onsite off street parking.

Policies- Minimum stay required (Second w/end in August, Labor Day w/end, and Columbus Day w/end all 2 night min.)
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Guests smoking inside the house will be charged a $500 fee.)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Children are welcome (Children are welcome in the company of thoughtful parents.)
- No childcare is provided
- Deposit amount required (Minimum deposit is one night's lodging to secure the room. We will process your credit card only upon arrival.)
- Check in time is 3pm and Check out time is 11am
- Cancellations:
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Guests are expected to stay and/or pay for the full number of days that rooms are reserved. In the event that you must cancel your reservations, you will receive a full refund if cancelled 14 days or longer. Less than 14 days, cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. Three days or less, we will retain the deposit and apply it to a future reservation if we cannot re-book the room. If a room is booked, but no cancellation is received, no one shows up, or the room is not taken for whatever reason, the credit card number taken to reserve the room will be charged for all nights booked. - Accepted by the following agencies:

From Hershey: Take Rt. 322 East to Rt. 72 South, go through the borough of Manheim, then cross the railroad tracks. Continue about 1/4 mile up the hill, Tea Kettle Inn will be on the left. Take the second entrance to the circular driveway just before the white house.
From Reading: Take Rt. 222 South to the Lancaster Pike, I-76, West, to exit 266 to Rt. 72 South. Continue with directions from Hershey. - Nearest major airport: LNS 9 miles

Take Airport Rd. West to Rt 501, Lititz Pike (1 mile), turn right on Rt 501 North for 2.7 miles into the borough of Lititz. Make a left, heading west, on Rt. 772, W Orange St (which becomes Temperance Hill Rd., for 3.6 miles to the end. Make a right on Rt 772, Fruitville Pike, west. Travel 1/4 mile, left on E Sunhill Drive, heading west for 1/2 mile to the traffic light. Make a right on Rt 72, Manheim Pike, continue 1/4 mile down the hill. Tea Kettle Inn will be on the right. Take the first entrance to the circular driveway which will be directly after the white house after the pond.
