Hot or Cold Ginger Lemonade

- 4 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup fresh ginger root, peeled with spoon and chopped
- 2 tablespoons raw honey, to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch sea salt
Steps:
