Pastina Soup

Ingredients:

• 2 46 oz. cans chicken or vegetable broth
• 1 28 oz. can stewed tomatoes
• 1 box chopped frozen spinach
• 1 cup each chopped carrots, celery, onion
• to taste parsley, dried vegetable shakes
• dash salt, pepper
• 1 1/2 cups orzo

Steps:

1. Use large stock pot and simmer all ingredients together until vegetables are tender.
2. Add orzo and simmer 10 minutes or until done.
3. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh hot bread.
