VOTED INN OF THE YEAR by LANIER Travel Guide!! The Calico Inn B&B is located in the Smoky Mountains near Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood and the National Park. It's an authentic log inn with touches of elegance...decorated with antiques, collectibles, and country charm. Spectacular mountain views; surrounded by twenty-four acres of peace and tranquility. Minutes away from live entertainment shows, shopping, dining, golfing, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and all the attractions the area has to offer; yet completely secluded. *The inn has been featured in Country Extra magazine.It is a state of TN inspected inn.

Policies

• Minimum stay required (2 nights holidays & October preferred)
• Smoking is allowed outside only (On porches and outdoors only)
• We cannot accommodate guest pets
• Limitations on children staying
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted
• Deposit amount required (A one-night advance deposit is required to confirm your reservation for a 1 or 2 night stay. Stays of 3 nights or more & groups reserving the entire inn require a 50% deposit.)
• Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
• Cancellations:
  Because we are a small inn, cancellations affect us significantly. A one-night advance deposit is required to confirm your reservation for a 1 or 2 night stay. Stays of 3 nights or more & groups reserving the entire inn require a 50% deposit. If a cancellation is necessary, regardless of the circumstances, a deposit will be happily refunded less a $25 service charge, if the cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival. No shows or cancellations less than 14 days (October and holidays 30 days) will be charged for the entire amount of the reservation, unless a rebooking can take place. If we can rebook your room, you will receive your deposit back minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.*Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival for parties/friends/relatives booking the entire inn.
