RetreatThe Retreat is very private and tucked away at the back of the house. It has a romantic gas fireplace heater. This room looks onto an internal patio with a fountain. The bathroom is deluxe with a tile shower and seperate single whirlpool tub. Bed: 1 queen size Englander natural latex mattress and 1 twin size bed. Dresser, 2 oversize leather armchairs, desk, nightstands, fireplace, Clock radio/CD with iPod connection, TV-DVD.

FiresideThe Fireside Room is on the back patio with a private entrance. It has a barrel ceiling with fan and a romantic gas fireplace heater. This is our smallest and cozy room with old Mexican tiles throughout. It has our most deluxe bathroom with single whirlpool bath tub and separate tile shower. Dresser, nightstands, fireplace, Clock radio/CD with iPod connection, TV-DVD, Chair.

LookoutThe Lookout is our only room on the second floor and is very quiet & private. It is filled with light from three large casement windows. There are lovely views to the garden and downtown Santa Cruz beyond. At night you can hear the bells of the Civic Auditorium a few blocks away. This is actually a suite with an outer room with a love seat. Dresser, nightstands, desk, Chair, Clock radio/CD with iPod connection, TV-DVD, couch.

Mission RoomThe Mission Room is in the middle of the house with south a facing window that looks out to our big rear courtyard and fountain. The only room in the house with the original 17" thick adobe walls and clear Redwood floors, this sweet old fashion room is the innkeeper's favorite. The bathroom is large with a deep antique claw foot tub and sit-down hand shower. This is a great room for bath lovers.
