Praline Peppered Bacon

- 1 lb Bacon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
Steps:
- For easier clean-up, line broiler pan with foil.
- Cut bacon lengths in half. Place bason lengths flat on top of broiler pan.
- Sprinkle each bacon slice with pepper - be generous to your taste - experiment with different peppers. Sprinkle each bacon slice with brown sugar which will add the "praline".
- Bake 400 degrees for 20 mins/until desired crispness is achieved. Serve hot and enjoy your guests' rave reviews.
