General InformationThis gracefully appointed Greek Revival home in Belfast, the "Heart of Mid-Coast" on gorgeous Penobscot Bay was built in 1840. Completely revitalized in 1997, Doric columns and pilasters support a full entabulature. Original Italian marble fireplaces adorn common and guest rooms. Original, exquisite German silver hardware is seen throughout. Guests saunter up the handcarved cherry circular staircase to a sitting area and guest rooms, relax in the handsome library, enjoy the North Parlor grand and player piano, and settle into the cozy South Parlor for games and conversation. The beautifully restored guest rooms boast period antiques, en-suite private baths, soothing featherbeds and exciting detail of days gone by. Enjoy our veranda, gazebo and explore our lovely grounds.
