Nestled among ponderosa pines and scrubby oaks, on four wooded acres overlooking the Animas River Valley, Country Sunshine is your unforgettable secluded getaway. Conveniently located twelve minutes North of downtown Durango, we are the closest Bed and Breakfast to Durango Mountain Ski Resort.

• Minimum stay required (Peak Season requires a 2 night minimum)
• Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Outside)

• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Beer and Wine)
• Deposit amount required (All reservations require a credit card deposit of one night's stay. Holiday reservations may be subject to 50% of the total reservation.)
• Check in time is 4-6 pm and Check out time is 11 am
• Cancellations:
  An advance deposit of one night's stay is required at the time of booking. If cancellation occurs two weeks prior to your arrival date, a full deposit, less $15 cancellation fee, will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within two weeks of your arrival date, a gift certificate will be issued in the amount of the deposit, minus $15 cancellation fee. Our gift certificates are fully transferable with no expiration date.
