Scarborough House is Ruidoso area’s luxury bed and breakfast offering hospitality and charm to guests seeking tranquility and excitement of the New Mexico spirit. With timberframe architecture, Scarborough House is reminiscent of the grand lodges of the 30's. Located in Alto, New Mexico, about 15 minutes N. of Ruidoso in a picturesque mountain setting off Hwy 220 near the internationally acclaimed Spencer Theater.     In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be refunded with 14 days advance notice (30 days for holiday periods and special events.) 50% of your deposit will be refunded should cancellation occur between 7-14 days of your confirmed check-in. If cancellation occurs 6 days or less before your confirmed check-in date, no deposits will be refunded. If we are able to book your room, your deposit will be refunded. Deposits not refunded can be applied to a different set of dates within one year of your cancelled reservation if you need to cancel with short notice. We want you to enjoy our home at your best time!

After you pass the Ski Apache turn-off on your left (NM 532,) continue about 1.5 mile and turn right on NM Highway 220: the Scenic Airport Road. Great View Court is approximately 3.1 miles on the left, about 100 yards past the main entrance to the Ranches of Sonterra. Turn left at the street sign and proceed on back to the house. Scarborough House is two-story, with a grey metal roof and tan stucco walls. We are about 10 miles from the center of Ruidoso, only 20 short minutes away.

    Directions from El Paso: Drive on US 54 to Alamogordo, merge onto US 54/70 and proceed to Tularosa. Merge right to US 70 East. Drive about 30 miles to Ruidoso and turn left on NM 48 (Sudderth Drive.) Proceed west on Sudderth Drive and turn right on Mechem Drive, which is the continuation of NM 48. Drive north on NM 48.
