Aloha Place- Inn of Volcano offers a distinct property uniquely located in a lush tropical rainforest next to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.   Cancellations prior to 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 15 to 29 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund less a $25 re-booking fee. All other cancellations, NO SHOWS, and early departures will be charged the entire amount of stay without exceptions. All cancellations must be received via email at stay@alohsplace.com or FAX (808) 985-7349. Upon receipt of your cancellation you will be provided with a cancellation number, any refunds receipt or charges as applicable, and a cancellation letter. This information will be sent in the format from which we receive your cancellation. Phone messages will NOT be accepted. Failure to provide proper notice will possibly incur additional charges.
