Egg Casserole

Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 10 Eggs
- 1/4 cup green bell peppers
- 1/4 cup onion
- 4 white bread
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 3 teaspoons butter
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, or ham, or bacon
- 2 1/2 cups milk
Steps:
- Butter bottem of 9x13 baking dish---butter and cube bread slices and place in bottem of pan.
- Cook meat source-- sautee onions and peppers Add meat source- sautee together for 3 minutes
- Sprinkle over cubed bread slices.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over onions, peppers,and sausage.
Beat together milk and eggs. Pour over other ingrediants -Cover with Foil and Refridge overnight.
- In morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees- Bake for 35 min. or until eggs are set. Enjoy
