There is a 10 % (of the total amount of the stay) fee for cancellations received 15 to 21 days prior to arrival due date. There is a 20% cancellation fee if done 8 to 14 days in advance of due date. Deposits are not refunded if cancellation is done less than 8 days in advance of arrival date.
