If cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to arrival, your entire prepayment will be forfeited. No refunds will be made for early departure, and gift certificates are nonrefundable. Any changes to arrival or departure dates are considered cancellations and are subject to the above policy.

• Directions from airport:
  Left on Highway 71 West from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. After passing under IH-35, Highway 71 becomes Ben White Boulevard, continue along and exit on Highway 360. Continue over the Lake Austin expansion bridge and through the first traffic light. Immediately after the light at Courtyard Drive, exit Ranch Road 2222 (also known as Bull Creek Road) and turn left on RR 2222. Travel 5.3 miles and turn left on RR 620, travel 2 miles to the 2nd traffic light. Turn left onto Quinlan Park Road and travel approximately 6 miles to the lake.
