10 Fitch is a luxury Bed and Breakfast Inn conveniently located in the Finger Lakes Region just minutes from the beautiful village of Skaneateles and the wineries. Each of the 3 guest suites sport 3 spacious rooms including separate sitting room, bedroom and private bath. Professionally decorated and adorned with antiques, MacKenzie-Childs furnishings, original artwork, silk & velvet you will find yourself relaxing in the lap of luxury. Great attention to detail, a focus on romance, crystal chandeliers and 5 fireplaces throughout the inn make it truly sparkle, shine, and stand out as unique. We pride ourselves in providing a truly elegant setting in which our guests can relax and unwind.

    A little tomato basil sharp cheddar is added to our hollandaise sauce and gives this dish added depth of flavor. Along with traditional English muffins we sometimes serve the eggs on toasted Tuscan garlic bread instead. Our guests also often enjoy the option of having their eggs perch on slices of ripe avocado.

Policies

  • Minimum stay required (2 night minimum on weekends between June 1st and October 31st)
  • Smoking is allowed in limited areas (outside only on terrace or deck, ash pots provided.)
  • We cannot accommodate guest pets
  • Limitations on children staying (Seek to provide a quiet romantic escape for our guests)
  • No childcare is provided
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (soft drinks and bottled water available)
  • Deposit amount required (For one night's lodging the entire amount, 50% of the total charge for additional nights, add-ons and extras including wine tours & massages.)
  • Check in time is between 3pm&5pm and Check out time is 11am
  • Cancellations:
    At the time of booking a deposit is required equal to one night's lodging, or 50% of the total charge for additional nights, add-ons and extras including wine tours & massages. This deposit is refundable less a $25 processing fee per room when given at least 30 days notice of cancellation. If less than 30 but more than 14 days is given, a gift certificate in the amount of the deposit will be issued and may be used toward another visit within 12 months, restrictions may apply. If less than 7 days is given then the deposit will be forfeited and the guest is responsible and will be charged for the balance due with no gift certificate being issued if we are unable to rebook the rooms.
