General Information Small riverfront Bed & Breakfast in a quiet country setting. Enjoy coffee or a picnic on our decks and patios overlooking the water.
We include a full breakfast with a delicious entree, fruits, cereals, breads, coffees & teas.
Make yourself at home in our "common rooms" for movies, reading, or games. We have books, photos and information on the local area and Sequoia, the second oldest national park in our nation. Our village of Three Rivers offers annual artist tours, a rodeo, and a world renowned jazz festival. Our colorful "locals" include a couple of movie stars, ranchers, musicians, artists, cowboys, and a few old hippies.

Book the B&B and have it to yourselves with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, large dining room and day rooms, well equipped kitchen, and riverside decks and patios.
Riverfront home on wooded 1 1/2 acres, 3 bedrooms 3 baths, fully equipped kitchen, deck overlooking the water.

A crisp and tender crostini topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, roasted red pepper, fresh asparagus and a shirred egg on top. Fresh fruit, sausages, juice, cereals, yogurt, French roast coffee and teas are also offered.

- Smoking is allowed outside only
- Limited accommodations for guest pets
- Limitations on children staying
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (First night's room rate, guaranteed with a credit card.)
- Check in time is 2:00pm, or so and Check out time is 11:00am or so
- Cancellations:
No charge to cancel 10 or more days prior to reservation.
After this, a $40.00 charge, except for a 48 hour cancellation, same day cancellation, or "no show" will be charged full room rate for one night.
Holiday weekends the guest will be charged for 2 nights lodging, if cancelled within 72 hours. - Accepted by the following agencies:

From the south take Hwy 99 past Bakersfield to Hwy 65. Past the town of Lindsay take the stop light at Spruce Ave. to the right and proceed about 8 miles to the stop sign at Hwy 198 & take a right and go past Lake Kaweah. Our street, Cherokee Oaks is on the right. - Nearest major airport: FAT 65 miles

We are lovers of food and wine and have most recently built and operated a small winery producing Tuscan style wines. Prior to that we had a successful dinner house with classical guitar, piano, and jazz entertainment. In our area, we enjoy the hiking & the native scenery, which is world class. - The innkeepers speak: English
