General Information

Historic farm/stable complex includes 7 historic structures, on 584 acres of pastures and woodlands. Mountain views. Nine ponds, with fishing. Bring the children, or host a family get together in this idylic setting. Separate cottage (the "Pond House") and an "Efficiency Suite" with private entrance also available. Enjoy nature on the farm, within easy reach of fine dining, wineries, art museums, historical sites, Charlottesville & Culpeper.
Enjoy guided trail rides on neighboring farm.
Pond House is great for children. Watch horses being trained at our equestrian facility.

When you cross the tracks, you're on the farm, but you still have 1/2 mile to go to reach the farm complex. 25 miles South of Culpeper; 25 miles Northeast of Charlottesville; 15 miles from I-64 (Zion's Crossroads Exit).

    Highway 29 North to Ruckersville; South on Highway 33 to Gordonsville; North on Highway 15 toward Orange for 3 1/2 miles to Route 706. Right on 706 and proceed 1 mile.

    Traci runs the B&B operations, and prepares a full breakfast at the Manor House. An extensive Continental breakfast is available at the Pond House. Vincent Edharri runs the stables, where we board 15-25 horses. The farm offers horse rehab and retirement, as well as standard boarding.
