• Cancellations:
  In the event of a cancellation the reserving guest must notify German Village Guesthouse within 48 hours, by phone, prior to arrival date (4:00 pm). A cancellation number will then be given to the reserving guest and no charges will be made to the reserving credit card. If however, cancellations occur less than 48 hours (4:00 pm) prior to arrival date, one full night stay (including taxes) will be charged to the reserving guest credit card regardless of the reason for cancellation. 14 days prior notice for all Holiday & Special Event reservations is required.
