Ranch Eggs
Total preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4Ingredients:
- 9 Eggs
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- dash Salt/Pepper
- 1/4 minced Fresh Rosemary
Steps:
- Whip eggs with a whisk, add salt and pepper.
- Heat skillet with 1 tbsp. butter.
- Saute rosemary in butter until tender. Keep on low heat to not burn the butter.
- Add whisked eggs and keep stirring until eggs begin to take shape.
- Add cubed cream cheese to almost done eggs and stir in. Cream cheese will melt in eggs. Serve with small tomatoes as garnish.
