Description
A small and secluded all-inclusive jamaica resort nestled along a beautiful, private beach and cove on the outskirts of the small fishing village of Little Bay just 10 miles from negril. A protected coral reef extends from the shoreline out into the blue caribbean sea. The main house consists of four levels. The lower level contains a full kitchen with all custom cedar cabinetry and tiled countertops, a foyer with an island bar with a tiled top and a coral base, and a large veranda for dining. A sitting room just off the veranda houses a stereo system, a collection of books, and arts and crafts from local artisans. Our two newest additions, a private two-bedroom, one bath cottage with a veranda overlooking the gardens of Coral Cove. A sitting room with table and chairs, wet bar, and refrigerator compliments this two bedroom unit. The turtle beach house sits above our secluded cove. All six rooms have french doors that open to the sea as well as large verandahs overlooking the bay.

Policies

• Minimum stay required (4 night minimum stay)
• Smoking is allowed in limited areas
• We cannot accommodate guest pets
• Children are welcome ($50 per day for children 12 and under)
• Childcare is provided (A nanny can provided for a small fee)
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (All-inclusive rates include all drinks)
• Deposit amount required (A 25% deposit on the reservation total and a signed guest agreement is required to reserve the room.)
• Check in time is 3:00 P.M. and Check out time is 12:00 Noon
• Cancellations:
  Reservation payments are fully refundable when South Coast Travel is notified in writing more than 180 days in advance from the date of arrival. Reservations canceled less than 180 days in advance, but more than 14 days prior to arrival will be accessed 25% of the total reservation when South Coast Travel is notified in writing. For cancellations made less than 14 days in advance from the date of arrival, South Coast Travel will assess 50% of the total reservation canceled. South Coast Travel will hold on account for one year the amount of the cancellation fee which may be applied toward the payment for any new reservation at Coral Cove beginning within one year of the originally scheduled arrival date. New reservations are subject to resort availability. Furthermore, no refunds will be granted for no shows, canceled or delayed flights or early departures, nor will your reservation payments be held on account for a new reservation under these circumstances. All cancellations that meet our Cancellation Policy and have a refund due will be processed in accordance to the policy stated, less a 5% credit card fee for those payments made by credit card. Refunds will be issued and processed within one month of written request.
