Amitha & Terence (The Hoppys)welcome you to their Ranch Style home, where seldom is the door locked. The home is on a landscaped estate sized lot in a tranquil part of town. Terence (Hoppy),a Chef with a few awards, will prepare your B’fast the way you like it. Amitha,loves baking, her Sticky raisin swirls is well worth your visit. Enjoy the comforts of home less the chores; Combine this with our genuine hospitality and you have a B&B experience like no other.     Amitha makes it with loads of TLC and fresh ground cinnamon- baked with a big heart & a warm smile.It is her forte. Amazingly popular so she often runs out. Quite a few have said that it is better than the famous ones from Philly also known in Europe as Schnecken or Kanelbulle Make sure you request it when booking.

  • Cancellations:
    A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking. We accept cash,Visa or MC. Cancellation policy: There is no cancellation fee at all if at any time we re sell the room/nights. For all cancellations received 14-8 days prior to the date of arrival no fee. Cancellations received 7-3 days prior to your arrival date will be charged at 50% of the accommodation charges of duration. For cancellations 48 hours and shorter full charges will apply for duration. Anytime cancellations are re sold we will cheerfully refund all charges. No shows & cancellations of 24 hours ore less of arrival will be charged full. Please call if you need a clarification. Please note there is no refund for early departures. However in the event the accommodations are sold we will refund the equivalent of the room nights sold. June-October Weekends/holidays require a minimum 2 nights stay. Please call hosts to enquire about single Saturday night bookings. Room rates are subject to GST. We promise to make every effort to refund any charges for room nights we are able to re sell. To Respect all our guests Allergy and Hygienic concerns/conditions & everyone’s comfort we kindly ask guests to not wear outdoor shoes in side the home and provide Silver Care sanitized soft slippers for indoor use. At the East-west road (about the 3rd set of lights coming into town) Turn right passing Mc Donald’s procede for about 2 minutes and turn Left onto Niagara St. at the first stop sign Turn right onto Charlotte St. Pass Harmony road and onto 800 Charlotte St (Hoppy’s B&B is first house on your right. · Lewiston Crossing: Turn RIGHT IMMEDIATELY after leaving Canadian Customs and follow signs to Niagara-on-the-Lake via Niagara Parkway to John Street, Turn left onto Charlotte. ( this crossing is the preferred crossing on busy week-end and holidays as it is less congested
