Meadowbrook Bed & Breakfast offers its guests the charm of the 1800's along with bright and airy accommodations, beautiful country settings, private or semi-private baths and a relaxed laid back atmosphere.

Room Rates (USD American Dollars)

• There are 4 guest accommodations (one with a private bath)
• Single occupancy rate is $ 90.00
• Double occupancy rate is $ 110.00
• The rate for each additional person is $ 15.00

• A Full breakfast is included with room rate
• Breakfast is served from: 8:00am-9:30am
• Breakfast is served in the Dining Room
• Additional food services included in room rate: Coffee/Tea till Noon, Flexable, Picnic Lunch by special request

Policies

• No minimum stay required
• Smoking is allowed (In specified areas)
• Limited accommodations for guest pets (Pets Welcome! Please keep them with you, no kennel services.)
• Children are welcome (Rooms and shared spaces are not child-proof.)
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted
• Deposit amount required (Once reservations are held, a 50% deposit is required.)
• Check in time is flexible and Check out time is flexible
• Cancellations:
  All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations 14 days in advance will get a full refund, minus the $25 cancellation fee. For cancellations with less than one weeks notice, and if the room cannot be rented out again, your deposit will not be returned. Deposits retained on no shows.
