General Information

Along with it’s turn of the century wrap around porch and ocean views this restored 1890 colonial home offers it’s guests access to much of the main house. Relax on the porch or spend some leisure time enjoying the beauty of this wonderful home. Sit and write letters in the Dining Room, relax with your favorite book in our Quiet Parlor, or pass the time in the Common Room equipped with television and DVD player, various games and a private library. This old house also provides a wireless network for our on-line guests.

    Notice 14 Days Prior to Date of Arrival for a full refund. Less than 14 days prior to date of arrival, first night stay plus $25.00 processing fee will be charged. If the room is re-rented the full amount will be refunded, however there will be a $25.00 processing charge.
