Peach pancakes

Serves: 20Ingredients:
- 6 cups Bisquick
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cans Peach pie filling
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients except peaches in large bowl. Stir just until moistened. Cut peaches in small bits and fold entire contents of cans into mixture. Cook on hot griddle. Serve with sliced peaches and whipped cream, or just warm syrup. Delicious!
