General InformationWelcome, visitors to Victoria! We look forward to meeting you at our well appointed 1912 heritage home that is sure to be one of the highlights of your stay. We're a leisurely 15 minute walk from the city centre or 5 minutes by car or public transportation, and just a 10 minute walk from the Inner Harbour. At Fisher House you will find a warm and friendly home plus a full hot breakfast to start your day. Victoria's James Bay area is adjacent to downtown and is a stroller's, cycler's and jogger's paradise. The Parliament Buildings, Royal B.C. Museum, Empress Hotel and Beacon Hill Park with its gardens and ponds are all rightr here! On the South side of James Bay you can stroll Dallas Road, while enjoying the view over the Straight of Juan de Fuca to the Olympic Mountains in Washington State.
