    Regrettably, as a small inn, if you cancel or change your reservation within 7 days of your stay, you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation. Of course if we are able to rebook your room, you will not be charged.There is a $25.00 Non refundable cancellation fee which can be used as a credit for a rescheduled reservation.
