  • Deposit amount required (50% of the total booking amount or if less than three weeks before arrival 100% is due.)
  • Check in time is 4 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
  • Cancellations:
    100% less $30 before three weeks of arrival. If less than 21 days total forfeiture of the deposit unless we are able to rent the suite.
