A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at the Orchard House B&B. Built in 1874, it was the homestead for the local apple orchards for many years.
Upon arrival, relax in a rocking chair on the front porch with a glass of lemonade or iced tea and enjoy fresh baked cookies. Take a romantic stroll around our picturesque 12-acre Victorian farmhouse. Revisit your youth by swinging from an old oak or skipping rocks on the pond. Doze off in a hammock or relax with a soak in the hot tub or Pool. Nestled in the core of the Virginia countryside, we are surrounded by the breath-taking Blue Ridge Mountains, yet only a short drive away from the arts & entertainment of downtown Charlottesville. Regardless of what you do at the Orchard House B&B, you are sure to enjoy good food, experience great hospitality and ensure lasting memories.

- Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
If you should need to cancel, we will refund your deposit, less $15 (to cover credit card fees), provided at least fourteen days’ notice is given.
If you cancel within fourteen days and we are able to re-book the room, we will refund your deposit, less $15.00.
If we are unable to re-book the room, we cannot refund your deposit. - Accepted by the following agencies:

The Orchard House B&B is on the right 6.2 miles from the intersection of Route 6 West at Walton's Mountain Gift shop and just 0.4 mile past the intersection to Route 718 on right (Note sign to Mountain Cove Vineyard). When you get to 718 slow down below 30 as our driveway is on the right as you round the right curve on Route 29. - Nearest major airport: CHO 40 miles

Exit Airport and turn right on 29 South. Turn right onto 20/250 bypass next to Best Buys. The bypass turns into 29 south just pass I64 junction. Stay on Hwy 29 for 28 miles to Lovingston.
