In the event that a guest must cancel, shorten their stay, or make a change in their confirmed reservation, the deposit will be refunded minus a $30.00 processing fee, if we can rebook the entire reservation. If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before check-in (2pm), then NO refund is made. A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of the booking to secure the reservation.
