• Deposit amount required (A 50% deposit is required for 2 or more nights reservation. A full deposit is required for a 1 night reservation. Please call to discuss further.)
• Check in time is 2-4 pm and Check out time is 11 am
• Cancellations:
  There is a non-refundable 25% service charge for all cancellations. Notice of less than 7 days will forfeit full deposit (50% of the nights reserved) for 2 or more night reservations. Notice of less than 7 days for 1 night reservations will forfeit full cost of a one night stay. Cancellation fee (less the non-refundable 25% service charge) will be waived if another party fills the reservation. All cancellation notices must be confirmed by an inn keeper, Tom or Jennifer. Please inform us if you should need a late or early check-in. Without reasonable notice, arrivals 3 hours later than scheduled are subject to release of the room and/or liability for the full cost of the reservation.
