Located on the prelude of the Historic District of Lewiston. Pipers’ Village Inn will intrigue you with its history and culture. Located in walking distance of year round Festivals, Niagara University Theater, Artpark, the Seaway Trail, Lewiston Historical Museum, Fine Dining, Cafés, Bakeries, Niagara River, Lake Ontario, Charter Fishing, Jet Boat, shopping, hiking, biking, rollerblading, and sailing. Just a 10 minute drive to Niagara Falls, Fort Niagara, Niagara Casino, Outlet Mall and much more. Artist decorated rooms with queen size beds, jacuzzis, balcony, A/C, cable TV. Full served hot gourmet breakfast along with fresh fruits, coffee, teas,and homemade baked goods.

  Pipers Village Inn has all the comfort of a traditional B&B along with the privacy and luxury of the carriage house. Three rooms in the main house. One room with private bath and a spare room for additional people traveling with you. Two with shared bath. All rooms have queen size beds, A/C, cable T.V. The cariage house has two suites both with jacuzzi bath, separate en-suite bathrooms central air conditioning and cable TV. Victoria's Suite has french doors that open to a balcony.

  Our hot gourmet breakfast mainly consists of baked french toast dishes, quiches, bacon and sausage specialties utilizing fresh local produce and herbs from our garden. Fresh homemade baked goods will be served daily along with delightful jams, preserves, and specialy butter spreads. Coffee, juice, milk, specialty teas available every morning. Fresh homemade lemonade, or ice tea on hot summer afternoons. Hot chocolate, cider, hot teas and coffee on cold afternoons.

• Deposit amount required (Advance Deposit of first night required)
• Check in time is 3:00-5 pm and Check out time is 11am
• Cancellations:
  Two week advance notice required for deposit refund (less cancellation fee). Cancellation fee - $15.00 per room If less than 14 days notice of cancellation and rooms are not re-booked, your deposit is forfeited.

  Jeannine Piper has an education in Public Relations/Advertising from Buffalo State College. She also has much experience in the hospitality industry and a background in Dance Theater. She has a large involment in the community as a board member of the Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce and a volunteer for events and commitees. Other hobbies include sailing and rollerblading.
