General InformationA Provincetown Tradition since 1984. The Beaconlight Guest House is centrally located on Winthrop Street between Commercial and Bradford Streets. The common areas are just right for a quiet conversation with a friend or cozy up on the sofa with a good book. Enjoy the three levels of outdoor decks, including beautiful landscaping and the panoramic views from the largest roof top deck in town or soak and relax in the hot tub on the first floor. Enjoy a complimentary gourmet breakfast featuring home made scones and pastries, organic fruit, juices, yogurt, and your choice of teas or coffee. Open year round, we look forward to welcoming you to town.

- Deposit amount required (A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm a reservation. For one night reservations the total amount of the reservation is required.)
- Check in time is 3:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am
- Cancellations:
Deposits on reservations cancelled more than 21 days prior to the arrival date are refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee per room booked.
Deposits on reservations cancelled 21 days or less of the arrival date are refunded only if the room(s) are re-let for the entire period of the booking, less a $25.00 cancellation fee per room. There is no refund for shortened stays.
Deposits on a reservation cancelled at anytime prior to a stay during June, July, August, or September or over major holiday periods or any other special event periods are NON-REFUNDABLE. - Accepted by the following agencies:

Follow the directions for Cape Cod when crossing over the Sangamore Bridge. Stay on Route 6 until you come to Provincetown. Proceed to the third exit (blinking amber light). Turn left on to Shank Painter Road. Follow until you come to Bradford Street. Turn left and then make the first right on Winthrop.
