    Hamilton House Estate, a Hot Springs Bed and Breakfast, overlooks Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. The estate creates a magnificent presence sitting on a three acre wooded peninsula jutting out into the deep mountain lake. Our magnificent grounds include a waterfall cascading down into Lake Hamilton with extensive walking paths through our beautiful gardens. Lakeside we have a swimming area, private boat slips and fishing dock. Enjoy southern hospitality in a romantic 1930's setting. Family owned and operated since the 1971.

    Named for the original owner of the Hamilton House who built the home, completed in 1931. He was the owner/president of the Coca-Cola firm and served on the Oaklawn Racing Commission. This room offers a wonderful Romeo and Juliet Balcony overlooking the lake. Decorated with fine original antiques in jues of navy and cream. please see web page for more info.

    This upper-level suite takes up the whole east/west wing of the house. It includes a private living room with original floor tiling. This room also features one of the most original glass tile baths with a unique wall etching of a ship in the glass, along with a black marble jacuzzi tub and separate body jet shower. This king size bed is truly fit for a king, four large poster with intricate carving and rod-iron canopy, a work of art, along with matching bedroom suite. Dressed in gilded golds and cream.

    Master Suite-Located on the main entry level of the home. Takes up the whole east and west wing of the estate. This suite is designed for handicap accessibility as well as being very beautiful. Hamilton Suite opens up to a veranda with that has a beautiful sitting area that faces our grotto and lake. The interior is decorated in fine antiques with mauve,black and gold colors. The private bath with a corner jacuzzi marble whirlpool tub adjacent private shower under the unique ELS system (aka light therapy with water) a true spa experience!

    • Minimum stay: required two nights stay on weekends unless pre-arranged by innkeeper

    • Deposit amount required: A deposit of half of the room rate is required when making a reservation.

    • Cancellations: (30 day policy) A minimum of 30 day cancellation notification is required. If less than 30 days notification, deposit will not be refunded. Reservations can be moved to another date, depending on time of year and availability. There are no refunds for early departure. There will be no refunds for mechanical malfunctions. We charge the full amount for a "no show".

      From Down town: We are located on HWY 7 south. Start south on HWY 7 (central Ave)pass the Hot Springs Mall. You will go over one bridge to the first paved road on the left. There is a strip center where you turn on the left called Flag Plaza South. The street is Grand Isle Way. You will go to the stop sign and turn left on Grand Isle Drive. Follow the road to the crest of the hill and veer right to the end of the road. You will pass two condo complexes on your right and enter our property with the iron gates.

    Very quiet. Beautiful estate. Really enjoyed exploring the expansive house, including finding the tunnel to the boat dock. Even in winter the grounds were well kept. Thanks to Debra for a wonderful meal!

    This was a trip planned entirely by my husband for my 40th birthday. The bed and breakfast house was exceptionally, beautiful, and the staff very attentive and friendly. It was a very quiet and peaceful weekend. I would recommend this place.
