HOMEMADE BEER BREAD

- 1 can BEER (FRESH OR STALE)
- 1/3 cup SUGAR
- 3 cups SELF-RISING FLOUR
Steps:
- MIX TOGETHER ALL 3 INGREDIENTS. LUMPS MAY FORM BUT JUST MAKE SURE ALL INGREDIENTS ARE ALL COMPLETELY MIXED TOGETHER.
- POUR INTO A REGULAR LOAF PAN THAT HAS BEEN SPRAYED WITH NON STICK BUTTER SPRAY.
- BAKE 1 HOUR AT 350 DEGREES. TAKE OUT OF PAN AND COAT ALL SIDES OF BREAD WITH A STICK OF SOFTENED BUTTER. IMMEDIATELY WRAP WITH SARAN WRAP AND LET COOL.
- DELICIOUS TOASTED WITH YOUR FAVORITE JAM OR JELLY.
