Each of the four theatrically decorated "Dressing Rooms" has a private bath, cable tv, and air conditioning. Unwind in the "Actor's Lounge" with games, a favorite movie on DVD or VCR, satellite tv or a favorite book. Feast on a full gourmet breakfast to suit all tastes, refresh with an afternoon tea, or relax and listen to local actors reading short stories on the "Fireplace Set". This little gem is conveniently located for day trips to attractions such as downhill and crosscountry skiing, snowmobiling, Cooperstown attractions, Soccer Hall of Fame, Howes' Caves, Glimmerglass Opera, parent weekends at nearby colleges, antiquing and much more.

• Check in time is 3 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
• Cancellations:
  Cancellations on or before 7 days in advance of scheduled check-in date- 100% refund Cancellations 6 to 3 days in advance of scheduled check-in date- 50% refund. Cancellations 48 hours or less in advance of scheculed check-in- sorry no refund. Interrupted stays, with check-out prior to scheduled check- out date will result in a 1 night room charge equal too the normal deposit. In all cases where the room(s) can be rebooked, any deposit or additional room charge will be refunded.
