General InformationCalled by the Berkshire Guide "the most elegant & romantic bed & breakfast in the Northern Berkshires", Blackinton Manor is an elegant 1850 Italianate Federal mansion originally constructed as the luxurious home of a wealthy textile manufacturer. Located in Historic Blackinton, we are five minutes to Mass MOCA, Williams College, Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute. Romantic, oversized guest rooms filled with antiques and artwork. Gracious, comfortable living room complete with a grand piano and fireplace. In-ground pool and park-like grounds. Full, hot multi-course gourmet breakfast served on weekends.

- Cancellations:

Take Route 87 North (Northway). Follow to Route 7 East (Troy)to the intersection of Rt. 22. Go South on Rt. 22 approximately 1 mile. Turn left on 346 and follow to end. It will terminate at Route 7 (Vermont). Continue South on Route 7 for .7 mile. After sign "Entering Williamstown" turn left on Sand Springs Road (Cozy Corner Motel/Citgo Gas Station). Proceed 3.1 miles. Sand Springs Road becomes Massachusetts Avenue. Blackinton Manor is on your lefthand side after you pass the Blackinton Mill buildings.
