Apple Brandy Sauce

- 2 tablespoons Apple Juice
- 2 tablespoons Brandy
- 6 tablespoons Butter
- 1 1/4 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 Beaten Egg
Steps:
- In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 5 minutes). Serve warm over Stuffed French Toast.
