Single beds are also available for the rest of the family. Private bath.

Rocky Mountain Room
Guests dream of life on the trail in a pillowtop queen-size bed made up in a vintage Hay Wagon or the quilt covered twin beds. The regular size futon in the Rocky Mountain Room has a very comfortable 8" thick cushy mattress. Enjoy an incomparable view out the picture windows of the sunrise on the mountains. Private bath.

1870s Sheepherder Wagon
The K3 Guest Ranch Bed & Breakfast presents its refurbished 1870s Sheepherder Wagon accommodation. The wagon accommodates two guests and has hot and cold running water (unlike the old sheep herders who had to carry cold water to their wagons to use for washing and cooking!). The interior of the wagon has been kept as close as possible to the original design.
