Local friends, family or business associates are invited to join for breakfast for free!Spacious verandas on the first and second floor with comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing with a book or a beloved companion.
Queen bed garden room, quiet and serene. Desk out of view for catching up on work and accessing our wireless internet service. Spacious closets and drawers for your personal belongings and TV/VCR to watch one of our great collection of videos or catch a cable program. Fruit and snacks and soft drinks for your refreshment provided.The original built-in window seats and carved oak mantle intrigue and entice our guests (and resident host cat) to linger in the living room. Borrow some of our large collection of top-notch videos or amuse yourselves with a board game anytime.
Welcoming our guests is always a pleasure. We are also happy to feature their talents on our guests' links page.Our back yard in fall, with the circle of trunk planters dubbed "Woodhenge". Guests often arrange to picnic or entertain family and friends for get-togethers here. Our rose and herb garden is around the corner of the house, to left. Driveway at right.
Our "Honeymoon Bedroom" features king bed and grand day bed, TV/VCR, fridge (stocked with complimentary waters and soft drinks) and a balcony perfect for lounging in three seasons. Doorway to bathroom is seen right across the hall. On the walls, vintage photographs, art, and a German 19th century family sampler.Photographs and a mural adorn our downstairs powder room by the dining room, which doubles as a gallery for the innkeepers nationally exhibited and published photography.
Our Garden Double is a bright, airy, quiet corner room with ceiling fan, AC, in-room fridge stocked with snacks, fruit, soft drinks and water. Desk for your computer and our wi-fi access, library, fine art, large dresser and whimsical touches combine functionality with a restful ambiance.
