General Information

The Inn is located just steps to the sandy pristine beaches in Carolina Beach, NC and close enough to the Wilmington area you won’t miss any of the sights.
Select from seven cozy romantic guestrooms, private bathroom with shower, comfortable queen beds all decorated with unique seaside decor. One room has a whirlpool for two and an amazing six head shower; one is a two room suite complete with a comfy couch for lounging on while relaxing the days away. Awake each morning to the aromas of coffee and breakfast that awaits your arrival. Then walk on over to the beach for that lovely romantic stroll or sit on any of the verandas and rejuvenate.
We also offer 2 cottages that are decorated in island decor and are equipped with full kitchens, linens, starter essentials kit, phone and DirecTV.

  The Beacon House Inn also offers both a 2 and a 3 BR cottage across the street from the beach. Cottages are decorated in island decor and are equipped with full kitchens, linens, starter essentials kit, phone and DirecTV. Each cottage has a small deck and charcoal grill.
  *Pet fees apply for the cottages and vary by pet and length of stay. Pets are not allowed in the main Inn.

• No childcare is provided
• Deposit amount required (50%, except Holidays or large groups.)
• Check in time is 4pm and Check out time is 11am
• Cancellations:
  Bed & Breakfast: Reservations canceled with 2 weeks or less notice will be charged 1 night except holidays, when reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cottages: Reservations require a 1/3 non-refundable deposit, except holidays, when we require a 50% deposit.

  We are full of local lore and know all of the shortcuts around the island, so be sure to ask! We will be happy to tell your the best places to eat and even the best attractions on and around the island. David loves to fish and cook while Tammy is best known for her quilting and scrap booking. While these are hobbies, their passion is running the Inn and making sure your stay is relaxing and comfortable and a place you will want to come back to often.
