General Information

We offer 6 A/C rooms in the Inn and 2 and 3 BR cottages for families with small children or pets. You can rent any combination of buildings hosting groups up to 36 and we offer on-site catering from romantic beach dinners to pig roasts! The Inn includes a gourmet breakfast, wireless internet, afternoon snacks and Innkeepers who want to make your stay enjoyable! Cottages are decorated in island decor and are equipped with full kitchens, linens, starter essentials kit, phone and DirecTV.

    The Beacon House Inn offers both 2 and 3 BR cottages across the street from the beach. Cottages are decorated in island decor and are equipped with full kitchens, linens, starter essentials kit, phone and DirecTV. Pet fees vary by pet and length of stay. We have high chairs and crib bedding. Each cottage has a small deck and charcoal grill.

  • Deposit amount required (50%, except Holidays or large groups.)
  • Check in time is 4pm and Check out time is 11am
  • Cancellations:
    Bed & Breakfast: Reservations cancelled with 2 weeks or less notice will be charged 1 night except holidays, when reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cottages: Reservations require a 1/3 non-refundable deposit, except holidays, when we require a 50% deposit.

While Jacki has a background in Property Management and Marketing, her true love is writing (and Innkeeping, of course!).Watch for her 2nd book coming out in January called "the B&B Diaries" where she shares true stories of her days as an Innkeeper! Of course the specialty we are known for these days are our famous Blueberry muffins! Make sure you ask about them when you check in!
